Disney planning addict... I love planning. Sheets ,sheets and more sheets. ADRs , fast passes, snack bucket list. I love it all. Saddly this year has really killed my love for planning. The lack of stuff and info I have has really curbed the feeling I used to get so close to a trip. 28 days...

Yea idk. Kinda frustrating. I just didn't want to have to make park reservations day of when we go there. Wanted to get it done early. Been 15 min on the new hold. Kinda think she sent me to someone else. :( 30 min on the "hold" and I give up for today.

She was looking for my confirmation number since these are 2 yr old tickets I don't have it. Tossed me on hold and than the auto thing said wait time 90min.. I am hoping it's not the case. She has all my info can't they call back if this was a mistake?

Yup got a cm.. just for her to put me on hold and tossed me back into the queue.. like what are the downsides of just canceling my current tickets and purchasing a AP that way? Are they not refundable? Stand alone tickets not a package.

I have done 4>2 for buying new pass but since I am trying to upgrade tickets they always have to transfer me to ticket service.. like what numbers do I hit for that? I really wanted AK evening hours. It really makes no sense for them to have magic kingdom since they are charging for after hours events. Seems counter productive.

Maybe they won't open the ticket booths till later? And force people to take Disney transport. This would be horrible... It will be a cluster. They need to have 2 sections after security so it's not just a mass of bodies.

This might be my last Disney trip just due to the fact that genie + makes everything a "who knows" situation. How much will IA$ be per day of our trip.. who know. Will we be able to get on a few headliner if we rope drop... Who knows... All these things we could book months away and than forget...

So has anyone gotten through the phone line today after 7am? I try every 30min -an hour and they are just shut down. So has someone from 7am been on hold all day?

when you do this you miss out on all the discounts just for the 1/1000000 chance the day is blocked out. Which has yet to happen. Dont let disney steal your money upgrade before hand and use the discounts.
