Well changes and updates are one thing. Those usually come years later after the initial drive for the attraction has died down. But to open the attraction with an 85% complete exterior just to open meet a set date seems like bad show. But then again, I'm not the casual fan who wouldn't notice...

A lot of maybe's. Personally, I just think they painted the back, stood away from it and said, "that'll do". IF by some miraculous chance it was done intentionally with some forethought of future Marvel plans for that area, I will eat my own shoes.

Judging by how many levels of stairs there are, I'm going with at least 4 stories...still not sure how much of the basement is for the actual ride and not just mechanics.
