Pop Century has the most efficient bus service on property and does not share with any other resorts (except for Magical Express).

Disney recently added a new meet and greet area in DHS for Sofia the First, so I doubt you will be seeing her anytime soon at Hollywood and Vine, which is where I had the worst meal ever at WDW during my 18 trips.

I agree with Sweet Melissa. GFC breakfast is must-do for every trip. It will probably be the most satisfying meal you have at Disney if you choose to skip Kouzzina. Their French toast and sausage are wonderful.
