We love the Comtemp! i have never been to the YC, but we stay at the Bay Lake Tower mainly because of the view and you can walk to MK. they also have a kid-friendly pool, that includes a mickey slide and games for kids every so often (i forget what the specific times are) but the Contempo also...

Last time we went, we weren't able to go to Hollywood Studios or AK. i also didn't get to ride the Jungle Cruise! :( at least there are extra magic hours however. i think that we might stay late (as in 2/3 am) one night to ride everything in Magic Kingdom! :)
