Used the new system today at DHS and have surprisingly been able to redeem all the multi-pass rides by now (1:45pm local time). I definitely prefer this to system to Genie+, but I may have had a different experience if I was staying off-property.

My fear with the lower wait times is Disney would be incentivized to intentionally run Space with less capacity. They already do it at park open.

I would certainly welcome a D on the level of Remy or Frozen. Something on the scale of Mermaid would be disappointing to me.

Yes! It’s an excellent ride experience. Definitely a must-do E-ticket. If it was longer and had a properly themed (or better hidden) show-building, it would be among the best additions on property.

Ditto. EPCOT is probably the easiest park to expand with genuinely new attractions. The other three parks have expansion plots but are hard to use without major infrastructure work, with DHS probably the most difficult overall.

If anything, I would hope they view Communicore Hall as a suitable replacement for Showplace down the line… but I’m not holding my breath. This whole overhaul has felt like a mismatched game of musical chairs: Play was a better Innoventions, the Festival Center was moving from WoL to the hub…...

I completely understand people’s frustration with the prices and the whole selling the park twice thing, but I will say, we did this event earlier this year at EPCOT and DHS and it was worth every penny for us. If we had tried to experience everything we wanted to in those parks during the day...

No doubt I am excited about this land… but does this really move the needle for anyone in terms of booking a trip or inspiring first-time visitors? Or is it more about improving guest satisfaction? I just can’t see this doing what Pandora did for DAK attendance when it first opened.

A few thoughts here… 1. If the ride is somehow brought to DAK down the line, I doubt it will be an exact clone. The concept art looks far too similar to Splash Mountain/Tiana’s (notably the drop, runout, and s-curve back into the show building). It’s one thing to duplicate ride systems, but to...
