I would second the Wishes votes. I liked Hoop Dee Doo as a show, but we did not enjoy the food at all. You could book an early dinner in EPCOT (around 5 or so) at Le Cellier or Coral Reef and then take the monorail over to MK to see Wishes. That is one of our favorites!

Just a thought - on the way home, you could use Disney's airport check in (if you are on a participating airline) and just check your bag for the return trip - then you wouldn't have any worries about retrieving it.

They do everything - it is awesome. You tell them where you want to eat and a range of times - they do the rest. They are amazing! i used to plan all my trips and now I let them do everything.

You should try the Sci-Fi drive in or the 50's Prime Time Cafe in MGM. They are both awesome atmospheres, and really fun for kids. The other thing you could do is Chef Mickey's for dinner. Have fun!
