You're really comparing the masterpiece that is Tower of Terror to this roller coaster in a box? And essentially the FIRST coaster in the dark.

It took 4 or 5 years to build a new ride that is being touted as first of it's kind (it's not even close), and so magnificent. It cost as much as two rides of this magnitude should cost, and Epcot desparately needs. Disney is know for AAs. Hell, EUROPA park has AAs on damn near every ride...

Gringotts without the stops for show scenes, without the extensive physical sets, and without the actual movie stars on the ride. Oh, and with a slow launch to begin the ride instead of a pretty unique tilt section. All for probably double the price and time.

The reviews are pretty clear. Unless everyone is in collusion, that it is a basic black box coaster with really big screens. Universal would be abslutely eviscerated for this ride, especially at the ludicrous price tag.

Exactly. I'm sure I'd have a blast. I also have a blast at water parks, rock concerts, and local theme parks. But would I have $6000 worth of a blast, or even $3000 for me and my family in 48 hours?

Don’t worry, all the amazing spinning, AAs, and show scenes added since those early photos leaked will make this coaster amazing.

I think that AA was sort of the perfect example of how the media will lie for Disney. So much was said about how amazing it was, it’s just a big fish tank floater.
