    The Official December 2007 Thread!!!

44 days to go! I can't believe we'll be in the 30's on Monday. And tomorrow, we'll all be able to say "Next month we're going to WDW", :sohappy::sohappy: My tummy is going funny just typing this out :ROFLOL: I bet the last 40 days will go sooooo slooooow. Then again, in some ways, I...

    Sleep Deprivation and WDW

Oh yes, pre-trip insomnia isn't uncommon in our house :) And here's a similar story... Our last trip, on our arrival at our hotel, it was too late to go to a park, so we just walked around the hotel, which was lovely. However, the next morning, I woke up at 4am, and my stomach was in...

Question about parks closing when they reach full capacity

Hi, I was wondering, when parks reach full capacity, are they closed for the rest of that day? Or do they allow more guests in as other guests leave? For example, a lot of guests would probably leave later in the day. Are they likely then to allow new guests in?

    The Official December 2007 Thread!!!

Saw an advert on TV last night for Argos's Christmas catalogue (a department store in the UK which sells all kinds of goods), and it gave me a moment of funny excited tummy! :sohappy: Every day seems to be getting longer, the nearer I get to December 15th. I think my work colleagues will...

    MVMCP Details?

I did look at disneyworld.com a few days ago though and, according to that, it's Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade that will replace the 3pm parade as soon as the MVMCP's have finished, and not the new Christmas parade. Can anyone confirm if this is the case? I hope it is, as I'll then...

    The Official December 2007 Thread!!!

However, according to disneyworld.com, after MVMCP has finished, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade will replace the usual 3pm parade. I did wonder if the new Once Upon A Christmastime parade would replace the 3pm parade, but it seems not. I'm very pleased if this is the case as this will...

    Free Internet?

To the person who used the Internet at Pop Century - did you have your own lap top? I'm assuming you have to have your own lap tops to access the Internet. I don't suppose there's any way you can hire a PC at Pop Century? If I could that, I'd gladly pay. I don't have a laptop that I could...

Dare I say it? For the physically challenged...

Er, yes I did, actually. Disagree with me, if that's what you want to do, but I don't think there's any need for

Dare I say it? For the physically challenged...

What irritates me most about the system of loading people with wheelchairs onto the bus first is when all their family also goes onto the bus first with them! Fair enough, one person should go with whoever's in the wheelchair, but no more than that! The rest of the family should wait like...

Anyone know the EXACT date MGM will become Hollywood?

Hello, Does anyone know the exact date Disney MGM Studios will become Disney Hollywood Studios? According to the press release, it is January 2008. I ask because I will be there for Christmas through to New Year, and wondered if the change would take place during my trip, which would be...

Am I right in thinking that there are no indoor pools at WDW?

Well that's good to know. Thanks :)

Am I right in thinking that there are no indoor pools at WDW?

Hi, This probably seems an extremely daft question, given that the weather is, in the main, wonderful in Orlando! But are there are any indoor pools at WDW? We'll be taking our third December trip later this year, and it usually has been too cold for outdoor swimming, hence my question...

    The Official December 2007 Thread!!!

Has anyone noticed that they haven't included details of the daytime parade for MGM Studios on disneyworld.com park hours? I would guess that the Hollywood Hollyday Parade would be on, but it doesn't say, which seems rather odd!

WDW DINE phone line - open every day?

So, if our trip is for 19 days, does that mean I'll only be able to make reservations for the first 10 days of the trip? And I'll have to ring again to make ADRs for the remaining 9 days? Not that 2 phone calls is too bad!

WDW DINE phone line - open every day?

So, as my trip is 15th December - 3rd January, and the ADR date for December 15th is June 18th, that means I can make ALL my ADRs for the whole trip on June 18th? Even though that means most of them will be over 180 days in advance? Wow, if that's true, that's gonna be one great help :D...

    EPCOT Films

Regarding the updates, is it just the footage that will change, or the audio, too? I personally would be sorry to say goodbye to that lovely song feautured at the end of O Canada. I'm sure it's just me, but I would rather they stayed exactly as they are. Part of the appeal for me is...
