I agree - I loved getting to meet Duffy years ago at Epcot. It’s interesting how popular he is outside the US.

Disney Floral used to be located in the Disney Event Group building on Live Oak Lane, so they weren't near any horticultural/landscaping buildings on property. I feel for all those who lost their jobs.

Seeing that Dinosaur Gertie cookie is enough to make me want to bite the bullet and go, but I'll likely hold off still. I wish this event weren't so expensive. I love Gertie; that cookie should be offered all during the holiday season for park guests, too.

I am glad the bears are staying, but I think everyone would have been happier if they alternated to the Vacation Hoedown or the Christmas version of the show. I hope they will keep Blood on the Saddle, but that seems unlikely.

Thanks for posting about this. I feel like I always find out about D23 events too late to do anything; I wish they sent email reminders or something; it happens over and over. Was there a fee for this? I know the event is now sold out.

I agree - I miss Clarabelle being in the hoedown scene; Horace Horsecollar used to be part of that YEARS ago, and I feel it makes more sense having a cow and a horse in a hoedown than Goofy (no offense to Goofy). Glad the Country Bears and Clara Cluck are still included.

I agree. I am not wild about this myself. I would rather see Clarabelle in the hoedown segment with Clara Cluck and have Horace come back - it was such a cute part of the parade, and it makes me wonder if this entire section of the parade will now vanish.
