Wow. What is it with the craziest Disney fans who demote IOA to just a park full of steel coasters? Can you not see the level of detail found in Port of Entry, Lost Continent, or Seuss Landing? Jurassic Park? No, the park is not perfect. I can see the disdain some may have for Marvel Island...

But what about Islands of Adventure? Surely the park-to-park ticket for Hogwarts Express and hype for Diagon Alley, as well as the introduction of the new resort could possibly be enough to bump up Islands of Adventure to where it rightfully belongs...

Islands of Adventure has already taken over attendance for Disney California Adventure, but I assume that you're talking about Walt Disney World only.

Also, try not to miss Terminator. Still a darn good theme park show, and one of the only few which I will go out of my way to see.

One Fish, Two Fish is actually really fun, due to it's interactivity.

I personally find Seuss Landing to be an example of near perfect theming and attention to detail, however it would be pointless to argue this... merely just stating what I think

In IOA, I would also suggest exploring Camp Jurassic and the Jurassic Park Discovery Center. These are very neat places to explore, and really transport you into JP. Popeye & Bluto's Bilge Rat Barges in Toon Lagoon is one of the best and most fun rapid rides ever created. If you don't want to...

In IOA's Port of Entry, there is a kiosk to book reservations. We did it when we got there, and we were able to have a nice 12:30 reservation at Mythos. It just depends on how busy it is.

While attendance figures weren't as high as Disney parks, IOA was never a "second rate amusement park".

it was also failed to mention that Midway Mania is a ride in a park of, what, 6 rides? 4 of them being considered "thrilling" or "scary". the other being a completely miserable waste of time... but I doubt my point even matters
