That's the reason we ended up in the U.S. The island, where my parents lived, was being destroyed by a volcano. Almost everyone was evacuated. a few diehards stayed behind. There was no loss of life but lots of damage. -T

Oh no, I don't do vegetarian. I do go through phases of not eating meat - doesn't last too long. But maintaining a low Sugar/gluten diet has helped me tremendously. -T

I was experiencing tremendous joint pain. It got to the point that sleeping was impossible - the pain in my right hip was incredible. Most nights was spent sitting up in a chair or the side of the bed. Living in a house that is mostly stairs...the knee pain was not helpful. The docs couldn't...
