I am doing a 4 day in a little over a week. 2 nights im wearing a button up shirt and two nights I will wear a shirt and tie. When we cruised on the Wonder in 08 people wore everything from coats and ties to some that showed up in shorts and a t shirt.

We always stay at POR and get Stitch every time. When my son was little I would set the wake up just minutes before he needed to get up just to get pics of him "talking to Mickey". Now I just use my cellphone.

I really dont think weather you are DVC members or not has anything to do with this. We choose POR but were not pressured to get out of the room. If all I wanted to do was relax and hangout in a hotel room I can do that here in town. Its the length of your trips and how much you want to do. And...
