With 7 & 9 y.o. girls what are your top suggestions for character meals/dinner shows? We're at the Poly, so I'm already asssuming Ohana's for breakfast & Spirit of Aloha, but would like to hit 3-4 more during our trip.

I've read references to a free dining promo on several threads. Is this the DDP being offered as a free add-on or some other offer? How common/frequently is it offered? How do you find out about it? What if it's offered after you've made your reservation?

For the veterans, Is there a concensus on the best way to book your stay? Direct thru Disney? Preferred travel agent? on-line? I've found that the Carribean SuperClubs have agents where the price may be the same as doing it yourself, you wind up getting free upgrades/better room location,etc...

We plan on visiting parks for 6 days, visiting more than 1 park/day just twice. It seems like a much better value to just purchase an 8 day ticket and use 2 admissions on the same day. Any reason why the Parkhopper option is better?
