Even with the increases, Disney is STILL a darn bit cheaper than it would cost me to haul the wife and kids to the beach, shell out the bucks for acceptable accommodations, buy tix for 2-3 dinner shows, eat out, shop at the tourist traps, and spend a day at an amusement park while there.

Actually, I mostly agree with you. But I strongly suspect that WDW currently has a deep need for the "$2000 p/w, family of four crowd" (of which I am sometimes a part). During the recent recession WDW would have been reeling without the tanktop-wearing, sandwich-packing, value-staying...

I really like the Ghost Host. Yet my favorite WDW "voice" is Jiminy Cricket as the MK night time entertainment gets cranked up.

I have to say the Wizard of Oz scene is my fave, but the last couple of times in there the timing was not in synch so that detracted from it. For some reason I also like the Tarzan/Jane/Cheetah AAs.
