Literally telling everyone that you're already working on new attractions isn't really secrecy, but even if their current, unspecified plans were to fall through, I'd certainly take that over officially announcing something only to later cancel it. I don't think Universal's ever made that...

Is it enough? At least one of the cancelled attractions was cancelled because they decided it wasn't a good idea, not because they couldn't afford it. Another was supposedly just postponed to a second phase, but has ended up in limbo as far as I'm aware. Whether or not that could be considered...

We also have no way of knowing if there were any specific cost-saving cuts other than the cancelled attractions. No one who would know has shared that information. The most we can do is speculate.

No, your opinion that Epic Universe is "cheap" or "value engineered" is anything but fact, sorry to say. The only relevant fact that we can refer to is the actual cost of the park, which is not exactly low. You'd have to have quite the ego to think your opinions somehow translate to objective...

Again, Mythos' reputation predates it winning any awards from TPI. If anything, its reputation was considerably stronger back then. No one really talks about it anymore, whether it wins an award or not. I actually find it pretty funny that some people are questioning TPI's relevance while others...

That and the fact that it's a well-themed restaurant with good food. Do you think people just look at the banner and don't actually eat there? The banner wouldn't even exist if people hadn't voted for it (even if it hasn't actually won the award in a looooong time.)
