I'm still hoping for a new land to replace this area. Love the show, but this section has always been underutilized. It doesn't seem to fit the park anymore as well. It looks like Hollywood is going more land based.
Same goes for Echo Lake.
I don't see why they couldn't do one. It seems like a money in the bank prospect.
Plus it would be nice to have Classic Mickey in a park and not just the anorexic version.
I'm interested to see what you have for lands. I always like when the new parks have variations on known lands and ideas. For instance, how Disneyland Paris has a whole different story laid out for their version of Frontierland.
Sounds nice, Magic needs a more suitable main street restaurant. Tony’s has really gone down the hill since it first opened. And you don’t get enough quality for how much you pay.
Streets of America would have been a perfect location for a New York / Marvel section. But it is gone now and Disney also doesn't have the rights to use Marvel over here. Since Hollywood Studios is East of the Mississippi River.
Tokyo Disney is using this method for Fantasy Springs. They've added a whole bridge within and over the cave like entrance area. To help create space for backstage vehicles to get around.
That sounds pretty cool. Anything but a deadend and simple Meet and Greets would do.
I've never seen Luxo in person, but even on video you could tell he could really bust a move.
The atmosphere is a bit disappointing. It looks like my old kindergarten room... which isn't a good thing. I've got some bad memories from that place. Did you know you're not supposed to eat a whole supersized jar of elmers paste?
I wish they would do more with this section. I feel like it's just a waste of space since Toy Story Mania switched entrances. I was standing in the middle of it the other day thinking what is the point of this? Oy vey!
I'm just hoping they don't pull the girl power B.S. with Princess Peach. Like Disney has done way too much lately. She isn't supposed to be Ellen Ripley or Sarah Conner from T2. Her privileged butt has been saved by Mario since the 80's.
I like the Newspaper clipping I didn't realize they showed that in "A Extremely Goofy Movie". But I got a perfect excuse why I didn't, I've never seen the movie.
Love the original though.
I think the designs could have been better. They didn't have to be so literal with their representation of the elements. I think they could have been more effective characters if they were more human looking.
Exactly, they don't say "Let's get rid of Pirates and Haunted Mansion to put something new". Why is it so accepted at the other 3 parks? World of Motion and Horizons were awesome!
