We literally have a. The construction permit for Zootopia and b. An official closing date for Bug’s Life. Unlike the RoA/Cars project which was announced at the same time as this show, but has neither of those elements, any rumors of pushback from inside the company are now completely dead...

Also, for the record, Zootopia was an absolute crap film that only gets worse the more you think about it. For instance…the mention of the existence of a “skunk butt rug” means that Nick the Fox is essentially Zootopia’s answer to either Ed Gein. Or…Buffalo Bill?

I think Cars in the Magic Kingdom would have been welcomed with open arms had it been built either A. In fantasyland/tomorrowland as a replacement for the Speedway (though only the queue/loading area would be inside the park itself while the main ride would have been east of Storybook Circus...
