This is strange. Easiest way to thwart it would be to change shoes after the scan. Or everyone buys the exact same brand, model and color sneaker, wears them to the park and watch the fun as it looks like the same person is going everywhere at every moment.

The park mugs are really cute. Anyone else like that they say that not all mugs will be available at all stores but they are location specific? Maybe this will inspire WDW merchandising to go back to doing the same?
