    2012 dining plan finally revieled

    Seems to happen every year, preliminary list comes out with tons missing then just befor the new year most to all are added back. Not sure why, contract negotiations with third parties? maybe Master Yoda or one of the other travel agent types knows why.

    This brings up a question. At what point does Risk Management get involved in ride design, does the design get vetted by a team of lawyer/engineers/insurance company folks? I it early in the design during build? Is it even an established process or is a situational type thing? Tiggers...
