    Well behaved British kids

I can see why.... ( think we associate the proper accent with politeness alot of the times.) I can see why you would say that, but actually the British kids at WDW reminded me of the kids I saw in Russia who also seemed very well behaved overall. I haven't seen any Russian families that I...

    Returning from Disney

(After that, we'll be doing wedding planning for August '06) And where, may I ask, are you honeymooning? LOL

    Irony....

What they bought.... It was the Virgin Megastore, and they bought a Playstation game and something that says "Sin City Playing C." I have no idea what that means.

    Irony....

I've been telling myself "your trip is 4 months away, focus on what you have to do before then." Well, I was attempting to do this, but today in my building's elevator I noticed a piece of paper on the floor and picked it up to throw in the garbage. Guess what it was? A reciept from a shop in...

    Returning from Disney

Does anyone ever plan something specifically to look forward to after they return from WDW so they won't be (at least temporarily) depressed? I'm working on that now.

Was anyone at Disney 0n 9/11/01?

How did you find out what happened, Irrwaddy Erik? and were you then sent home?

Was anyone at Disney 0n 9/11/01?

I almost went during that time, but then we decided on October instead due to the fact it's still pretty hot (and still hurricane season, as we all know well) in September. What was it like that day? I did hear that the Red Cross began having blood drives in the hotels soon afterward.

    Well behaved British kids

Has anyone noticed that the kids in the British families visiting WDW seem to be EXTREMELY well behaved? While there are plenty of American (and other nations) families there with good kids too, the British seem to be exceptional at this!

    Celebrity sightings at WDW?

Except that I might have said: "Who cares about "celebrities?" We should be more interested in people who have been in the military. After all, to me they mean much more than any celebrity ever would." 99 percent of them mean very little to me too. It's just a surprise to see them. As for...

    Celebrity sightings at WDW?

Has anyone seen a celebrity at WDW? Not while they're performing or in a parade, but just hanging out? (I myself have not)

    Oct7-14 Traveling with Toddler

My tip.... Even though your daughter is small, she'll most likely have a great time at Epcot with all there is to see there (including Disney characters), so my tip is not to skip Epcot!

Did the Disney Cruise line (or any other cruise line) show Titanic?

Show Titanic in their movie theaters, I mean-- I have heard that some cruise lines did show it!

    WDW reality show?

You have a point.... You have a point, HakunaMatata. The only reality show I watch is Family Plots, mostly because it has none of those things.

Anyone have advice for doing Disney during Feb. school vacation week?

I've never been during a school break, but my nieces may come with us this time. Do the crowds then make things REALLY difficult?

    WDW reality show?

Would anyone watch a reality show about working at WDW if there was one? I do have a feeling that, despite the fact that there are ups and downs about working at ANY job, Disney would not allow anything that would detract from the "magic" to be shown. However, it might be an interesting thing...

A crazy Disney thought I had....

My seven year old niece may come with us to Disney this winter, and at first I actually had this thought: "Why ruin a perfectly good Disney trip by bringing KIDS?" LOL, actually, it will probably be more fun with her there.

    Why skip Epcot?

Aka: "families that give in to EVERYTHING their child wants." is so 90's? I agree! I do think that some of the countries in World Showcase could stand to become a little more kid-friendly however, like the ones that only have shops and no actual attractions.

    Why skip Epcot?

I can't believe how many families skip Epcot because they think the kids won't like it. Often, they end up having a great time (including the very little ones)-- and even if they don't, weren't most people taken to at least ONE place they didn't care for during a vacation as kids because the...

The dolls at Der Teddybar in Epcot Germany

Yes, I am talking about the custom made ones. The bears were cute too, though.
