You might be(or related to) a redneck at WDW if...
One of your relatives yells "Show us your_______!" (use your imagination on a word to put in here) at the bellydancers in Epcot Morocco.
(Rednecks are everywhere. In New York, Hollywood, and Miami)
Not to mention Boston, Hartford, Manchester, Portland, etc.... and why stop with the USA? My sister in law confirmed that there are rednecks in Russia!
I've read that the MAW kids only need to have an illness that COULD be terminal to recieve a wish. For instance, a lot of kids are cured of leukemia but if they had gotten a wish before that, MAW does not send their family a bill! There's even been at least one MAW kid who is the child of a...
I read that the local MAW kids can also go to parties at Give Kids The World if they want. And no, it doesn't SEEM as though anyone would get bored with Disney, but I personally know that I got bored of beaches pretty quickly after moving to Cape Cod!
I've heard there is a program where MAW kids can visit area theme parks for free multiple times, but I imagine a lot of them have been plenty of times before they got sick. (and many of these kids do recover from their illnesses) so they'd rather do something else. The number #1 wish that MAW...
I hope no one does take offense to this thread. I wasn't referring to people from the South, (which are as diverse as any other place) but as Jeff Foxworthy says: "There are rednecks everywhere you go."
It's a great place that I can occasionally afford! lol
Australia is out of the question of course. It would be cool if they had a World Showcase pavilion!
this is NOT a ride example but....
I have a feeling that there are people out there who may think "Brokeback Mountain*" is a Disney ride!
*not that I have problems with the movies content, but I imagine its not a family movie!
The opposite!
And I want BRITISH dvd's! I love British humor, and it seems like very few of your comedy movies are exported to the USA. Even watching the House of Commons on C-SPAN is fun, our govermental proceedings on the other hand, are soooo BORING!
Off-site
(You might find it easier to leave a check at the front desk and charge your purchases to your room key.)
Thanks for the advice, but I'm staying off-site this time, in a house my mom&dad are renting.
Does anyone know if WDW still takes *out of state checks? They did last time I was there. (in 2004)
*I know it's a little redundant to say "I'm from out of state." in a WDW shop, lol
