The elevator is activated with a Cast ID, but you still need a hard key to get into the Concierge foyer, and a room key to get into the room. But yes you need a CM with credentials to come get you, unless you crawl out the emergency window or take the fire exit stairs.

Interesting thing to remember is that the ENABLE pushbutton is also located in that same closet, which initiates the all-clear to Controls. How that CM didn't notice baffles me, because the cameras monitor the opposite side to that pathway.
