Oswald is owned by disney as of 2006 ... he came in a trade which let sports commentator Al michaels opt out of contract to sign with nbc sports and nbc/universal sent the rights to oswald to disney

too much $.... domes are particularly expensive... the attractions might be enclosed but i highly doubt theyll enclose the whole land....

i just read the contract... Disney has no rights to make any movies with pretty much any marvel characters for a very long time.... they cant use anyone in theme parks... I dont get it what was Disney thinking???? this was a mistake i THink... 4 billion and you cant even use the content you have...

that isnt enough... a game can only go so far in terms of character recognition...if they were to put the main character from kingdom hearts into the parks... 70 percent of children and 100 percent of adults wouldnt know who it was..... as for oswald... most adults who arent disney fanatics...

Yea a marvel studios is almost inevitable for disney... i assume theyre mindset is, we own the content why not make a profit from it.... So i think after the FLE and after Avatar is implemented into AK .... DHS will need a bit of a refurb... possibly some new updates on rides...some new rides...

I just looked up something and they are incorporationg a new Intec system that will make the movements and jumps...smoother and quicker... and the effects like water fog and heat will be sharpened... along with new sets... so i guess they really are giving it a real...

theyd need something to base the ride off of.... the ride wouldnt appeal to children if they dont know who he is .... Theyd need a movie or need him to debut in a mickey clubhouse or something for the content to be appealable to children otherwise its useless
