    crowd level in november?

We were in WDW in Late October last year and it was more crowded than usual - I believe it was caused by the hurricanes moving peoples plans around - but I'm not sure. Hopefully this year it will be back to 'normal'

    Guide Books?

Yes - the great thing about the Internet, but guidebooks are always a great place to start, not to mention easier to carry around than a computer - in most cases!

We were in WDW in June a few years back - The weather was HOT high 90's, rained a few times during a couple days but only for a couple of hours if that. Crowds were crazy. But we still had a blast - hey its WDW!

    Train to Disney

Flying is the way to go - how can you beat a 2-3 hour flight. Not only will you get there quicker but you can get to the parks sooner! When I travel to Disney I need to travel as early and as quickly as possible. My wife and I honeymooned in WDW with our daughter and had a blast. My wife doesn't...

    Guide Books?

If you want unbiased information the Unofficial Guide is the best but I think Passporter is a good book too.

    French Quarter vs. Riverside

We stayed at POR last year. We visited FQ and strolled around and just liked POR better. The pool is nicer, the theming is nicer. I think POR is more spread out and the walks to the Food Court are longer (depending where you are) but it just gives you time to take in the landscaping. If you can...

    How To Be Like Walt

For the amount of religion that is presented it's not a reason to pass up reading this book. You won't be sorry you did.

    How To Be Like Walt

I just finished reading this book and must say it made me sad! Not that it was a bad book it was a great book! I never knew all that Walt Disney really did, he was a kind man with big dreams and goals. He made his dreams come true and died WAY too soon. Reading about his death almost brought me...

    The Building/Designing of Disneyland/WDW

Does anyone know if there is/are books on the building of either of these two parks. I'm interested in knowing how they were planned, with maps. How rides were constructed/planned with ride maps, the history of the designs, things like that. I'm more of a visual person so even books like the...

    Contemporary vs. Grand Floridian

Don't forget you can walk to MK from the Contemporary, which is great in the morning instead of riding to all the other resorts before getting to the MK. It also helps at night when the crowds get out from the fireworks - no need to wait for the monorail again. Not that I'm against the monorail!

    Disney World Trip

I'm going by myself in May and was thinking of doing the Segway tour at Epcot (The longer one) - several members have said it was pretty good. I'm also thinking of taking a day and touring some resorts OR just riding TOT all day!
