At Animal Kingdom this morning, was able to snag Tiana’s using the 9:48 drop. Only one time was available. Then, at 10:48, was able to modify Tiana’s to later in the day to match our plans. Thanks for this thread!

Cabana Bay for $114 is an excellent value compared with WDW. The amenities are more like a Moderate resort at Disney, and you can walk to the parks in 15-20 minutes. A little worried about these anecdotes re: Touring Plans. I bought the subscription to try for the first time in early December.
