The problem with Abby is encouraging balance...she is in choir next year, as well as marching band. Also wants to be involved with thespians, and school paper. But she will be taking honors language arts and history, and I don't want her in freakout mode if at all possible. (well, I can dream...

I know...but summer is out...if Joel does go to this camp I found for him starting next summer, our vacations will be in the mountains of NC. So if we go to Florida, spring break is our only other option. We got the schedule for the marching band for next year... 2 1/2 friggin' pages of stuff!

Awww...I have become one of those spring break people :dazzle: in Florida - ugh.

Oh the Gingerbread House is so cool! I would love to go back for the Christmas holidays, but no longer possible. I've been wanting to know this story too :)

I took video - sorry no pics. I can not imagine being Mickey or Goofy in Florida in the summer :zipit: The humidity today made me think of our vacations the last couple of summers. The kids will be miserable at school tomorrow :( They are in school till Friday.

Really nice service - I felt SO bad for the bad for the marching band though - at least one kid had to sit down because she was getting overheated. Abby did an awesome job - very proud mama here :D We were happy to get home to the A/C though. :lol:
