We have had this type of experience as well recently. The woman knew very little and my wife was actually giving her some information. My wife also had to also catch that the CRO had booked our trip for March instead of April. This was also the incident that I mentioned in another thread...

Thanks everyone. We are booked into the Yacht and are really looking forward to it. We stayed at Poly last year & loved the monorail and proximity to MK. We have never spent too much time at Epcot so we finally will be able to. How many more sleeps until April? :)

We called Disney after 7:00pm & our reservation almost was completely messed up. Our experience is to call during the day when you are more likely to get a knowledgeable agent.

That's funny. We have taken Magical Express 3 times in the last 3 years (meaning 6 bus trips). In the first 4 tours we had the same driver 3 times! He was pretty good but the delivery did get a little dry after 3 times! My wife & I were discussing the same thing the last time we went and too...

We stayed at Poly last month and had the same late flight. -Checked the bags at the hotel & they will put them in "storage". -Went to Magic Kingdom for the morning. -Swam at the pool in the afternoon. -Hopped on the Magical Express and cried because the vacation was over:animwink:

I could not imagine renting a car at Disney. We have never had a problem with the buses & only 1 driver who was not a very good driver to say the least.
