Once they get mixed with non-singlerider, what motivation would they have after the transport to go back to being a single rider? It's not an issue for actual single riders, but if you just mix everyone together before fixed placement you would probably see families enter the single rider line...

If they did, I'd imagine it would be skipping the pre show and transport and finding some way to get right to assignment for the holding cells. They'd have to because there isnt a way to enforce single rider through the pre show and transport. At least as we know it? Sounds unlikely to me.

To be fair, aren't those switchbacks always empty nowadays (and back in 2018 with FP+) even if the line is far down the space tunnel? They need to keep them clear for folks coming down the fast pass lane so they don't wait in them.

Is the wait time supposed to be the time to the pre-transport show? Or to the holding cell? There could be quite a significant difference there depending on what's going on. I remember waiting in the hallyway before the holding cell for 25 minutes or so back in dec 2019

I would also note that Cherry coke from the Freestyle machine tastes absolutely nothing like Cherry coke from a dedicated dispenser or a can. I'm tastes almost like straight up grenadine syrup as opposed to what comes in a can/bottle/dedicated dispenser.

Had 3pm slot and got to ride 3 times in the span of about 20 minutes. The line for photopass was almost longer than the 3 rides.. at around 15 minutes. No wait for crepes at around 345. It seemed to be crowded at the top of the hour. As for the ride. Good fun. Only the left eye projector...

I wonder how many folks will get motion sickness just from the transport given the assumption that there aren't any actual windows. Hopefully the trip isnt too swervy.

Would you consider it any more feasible if the backup packs weren't on the train, but rather the system that feeds the power rail? Imagine a bank of large batteries, which has also been implemented in the real world AFAIK. Still probably cost prohibitive for an edge case. Also probably why...

I believe that the crush of crowds leading to a "standby-only would never work, see??" evaluation was pent up demand from the previous year covid-ness plus the difficulty of residents to travel abroad causing them to just do Disney. The drastic difference is pretty remarkable to me.

Oh, I think the discussion was the cannons bumping into the guest vehicles.. not each other. I. E. It would be easier to coordinate movements if the vehicles and cannons were on the same wifi movement system rather than on a separate "rail movement" system.

We are talking about the cannons right? When in intended functioning mode, they move forward and back into the path of the guest carrying vehicles.
