Are you sure your upgrade wasn't a YOAMD prize? We got a similar upgrade at the BC last Dec (concierge for our week long stay) and we were told it was a YOAMD prize. Whatever it was, it was fantastic!!:sohappy:

Yep. Jiko.:slurp: The first time we went there we basically did it b/c we were staying at AKL and figured...why not experience as much of the resort as possible while we're here. Now though, we have dinner there every single trip regardless of which resort we're staying at.

They don't look nearly as bad as I imagined. I'm not saying I'm happy that they're going to be there. I'm just saying that at least they look ok.

I've stayed at both and it's BC hands down for me. The pool, the Marketplace, Beaches and Cream...it's just an absolutely amazing resort. :) And it's just across the lake from all the boardwalk attractions, so in my opinion it's the best of both worlds.

We're going 12/7-12/14 and staying at WL. :) We've stayed at WL before, but never at Christmas. We've wanted to stay the last couple years, but we always booked too late and they were filled. This year we booked early and got a concierge room with no problem. :)

Definitely Epcot. With Le Cellier, Teppan Edo, Nine Dragons and Rose and Crown...you can't go wrong. I know I'm probably in the minority, but I also really loved Alfredo di Roma too.

We'll be there 9-14 June. We've never gone in June before. I think it's one of the only months we haven't been. Will it be super crowded this early in June? I know where I live (Maryland), kids don't even get out of school until mid-June.

I've used ME numerous times and I've never had any problem. The buses normally arrive on time and I'm always at the airport with plenty of time to spare. I really enjoy not having to spend the extra money on taxis and towncars. :)

I saw Michele Kwan at the Brown Derby having lunch.

I've only stayed at YC once, but it was very nice. Personally, I prefer the Beach Club. Have you thought about staying at the BC while your friends stay at the YC? They're right next to each other and share the same pool(Stormalong Bay is DEFINITELY worth the money).

We're all set for our week in Dec. 7-14. We booked back in Jan to make sure we could get the room we wanted at WL. :sohappy:

For me it's magnets (or pins that I turn into magnets). I have a whole wall in my kitchen dedicated to them. I love to travel so I collect them everywhere I go. I'd say right now my WDW magnets are equal to my "everywhere else" magnets, but I'm sure WDW will soon win out!!:ROFLOL:
