I would definately make reservations. Better safe than sorry - I would not want to have my mind set on dining there and have it be packed and miss out.

no matter when it is paid in full they wait 3-4 weeks before your departure to mail out the documents. If you are like me you want them in your hands right away ~ the confirmation that the trip is just around the corner. :o

I do some of all. Use my room card for any ADR's that we have. Some cash and the rest travelers checks. Never had trouble cashing them anywere at the world.
