MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

When walls went up and the hub was closed for reimagining, navigating the walkways from the former Future World East and West sides was not always easy. During those years, I did push a family member in a wheelchair and traveled with another in a scooter, so it could have been specific to our...

News Disney Lakeshore Lodge (Project 89 - Development near Fort Wilderness)

I wonder if we are getting Reflections as originally announced or a somewhat different nature-inspired resort.

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

Do we think there is anyone within the Walt Disney Company that has said in a meeting, "If we have pervasive, active construction zones within guest view at Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom, do you think it might result in guests vacationing elsewhere until we are done?"

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

EPCOT from 2019 through 2024 was a walled experience with construction defining the park experience. I cannot help but wonder if the devotion of Disney Parks fans is great enough to overlook a 10-year construction zone at Magic Kingdom. We will not stop going to Walt Disney World, but...

MK Hall of Presidents Replaced by Muppets American History Show???

Maybe it is time to update this line for the Carousel of Progress: You know, Walt loved the idea of progress, and he loved the American family. And he himself was probably as American as anyone could possibly be.

MK Hall of Presidents Replaced by Muppets American History Show???

If Vice President Kamala Harris is elected President, then she will be the first woman, the second Black American, and the first Asian American to occupy the office. The closure of The Hall of Presidents prior to or during her presidency would seem to conflict with the efforts of the Stories...

MK Hall of Presidents Replaced by Muppets American History Show???

Given the architecture and timeline, Liberty Square could easily become Sleepy Hallow and a Headless Horseman dark ride would be a welcome addition.

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

Taking the current aesthetics, addition of two cars attractions, and changing of the timeline, it seems that Frontierland becomes more akin to present day Utah and, specifically, Park City and Monument Valley. However, Tiana's Bayou Adventure would still be the outlier.

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

Of course! Please find it below: Again, some Disney TikTok vloggers are sharing it and stating it tracks with their understanding.

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

Today, on TikTok, a few Disney vloggers were interpreting a tweet/X post and sharing that WDI may be revising the Cars concept in response to unexpected negative feedback from unofficial, Disney-friendly media sites and fans. Is this wishful thinking or has the social media response been...

DHS Monster Inc Land Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

The Ice Cold Hydraulics Coca-Cola Stand opened on Grand Avenue in February. Unless it is rethemed, it seems like an odd addition before groundbreaking on a reimagining of the area.

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

I find it unfortunate that we are regularly reminded about the blessing of size at the Walt Disney World Resort, but new attractions always come at the expense of existing attractions. Also, objectively, navigating the EPCOT hub construction for years was awful. If the Cars addition was built...

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

I would prefer to see the American Frontier on horseback or from a Conestoga Wagon by means of a Steeplechase-inspired ride system.

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

The concept art reminded me of Disney's Wilderness Lodge and, specifically, National Park Lodges because of the rooflines, log beams, and stucco. If Disney's Wilderness Lodge is truly a resort extension of Frontierland, an attraction that includes traveling through trails and geysers further...

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

Almost every video in my TikTok feed is either "We need to save Muppets Courtyard from becoming Monstropolis" or "We need to protect the Rivers of America from IP sprawl." Interestingly, the TikTok algorithm must know I am a Disney purist, which I appreciate.

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

One of my favorite Magic Kingdom pastimes is visiting Tom Sawyer Island with my family, hiding in the caves, popping out, and seeing who I can make scream the loudest. It is even better when we are surrounded by other families all doing the same thing.

Disney's Club 33 film in the works

How wonderful. Those without the ability to become Club 33 members can experience it at their local movie theater or on Disney+. I wonder if American or Delta have thought about making a movie about their airport lounges for the passengers who fly basic economy.

Transformative Multi-Year Expansion Announced for WDS Paris

There is a small kiosk to the left of the entrance of Disney's Hollywood Studios called Movieland. I have often thought that if IPs, rather than lands, drive the park experience, then Disney Movieland could be a fitting and fun use of an existing name. Also, Auria and Eric, of the Frozen...

Scentsy and Walt Disney World are bringing a new guest experience within Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom

Bowes Signature Candles has Disney inspired candles and their associates will tell you the name of the attraction or resort that inspired it. However, no actual attraction or resort names are used. It is somewhat odd as the candles are sold in Disney Springs and they (TWDC) must know how the...

Scentsy and Walt Disney World are bringing a new guest experience within Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom

I had hoped for a Scentsy attraction, rather than a walk-around, similar to Heimlich's Chew Chew Train with scents augmenting the experience. When passing through the animal crackers box and under the watermelon, the scents of cookies and fruit, respectively, were amazing.
