Love all the photos. I guess the studios are small--but then would you spend much time in it? At OKW we have a one bedroom as we would be at the resort longer. Whereas if we stay at the Boardwalk we will have a studio,as we are always out and about .

I think my family will take a laptop this year--I imagine they will be posting photos of their vacation on facebook!!! I might do that as well--make the folks at home jealous!!!:ROFLOL:

You can visit all the resorts to eat. I think (do correct me if I am wrong), that you need photo ID if you drive to a resort.

Mini fridge--good. We always had to ask for one. It`s very handy when you have young children.

If we are going early in the morning at opening, then we go left to Splash Mountain--get a fast pass for it, then do Splash Mountain!! It is my favourite ride, so is good to do it twice before the crowds build up. If we go there late afternoon, than we will go to Toy Story Ride/Carousel of...

You are right, the skipper can make the ride. We have always been lucky. As someone earlier said, complain at the City hall on the way out--this guy should not be skippering the boat if he has the wrong attitude. :(

I remember waiting for ages for a bus to OKW. I asked the driver of a Port Orleons bus , if he had seen a bus to OKW. Great guy said jump on my bus and I will drop you off!! Guest Service at it`s best!!!!

I wear cargo shorts to keep stuff in. I wear a belt on which I attach my camera bag. We don`t take much money in with us--some cash and a prepaid money card, which I keep in my cargo shorts pockets along with my room key. I like to be hands free and not worry about leaving a bag somewhere.

When I am on vacation, I don`t want to be getting anxious about bus times!! It might be a lovely morning so our swim lasted longer!! We might decide to go to a different park at the last minute etc, etc. I just like to turn up at a bus stop and board. and yes it can be a bind waiting for wheel...

dkosdros---loved your report--yes that is why we stay on site. Really interesting to read what works for people!!

For us--staying on site is being part of the MAGIC!! Also you don`t have to use your car if you don`t want to. Our group this year will all be adults, so we can all come and go as we please without having to all get in the car to go to a specific place. When you are in the middle of everything...

July 1992 I went on Splash mountain--I didn`t realise there was a big drop!! however it is now my favourite ride.

I deffinately believe in the theory that everyone should be treated equally. The fast pass idea is an option--we are all free to decide if we want to queue or get a fast pass for a return in a particular time frame.
