As of 3-4 days ago there was really no Christmas decorations up. However it is Disney and they can do large projects in short period of time. So by now they may have a significant amount already up.

The problem is with much of Disney's concept art is it changes constantly. Take for instance Toy Story Land, the overall designed stayed very much the same but was constantly changing with items being added and removed and colours being changed
