Hollywood Brown Derby or Sci-Fi Dine-In???

I also agree that the food at the Sci-Fi is marginal at best, but the milkshakes are fabulous. The atmosphere is great, but i also had another complaint that the movie reel repeated itself about 45 minutes into our meal. The Brown Derby did have great food and I would recommend it over the Sci-Fi.

    Favorite Classic Ride

Have fun in WDW!! I am a huge fan of the Haunted Mansion. Definitely one of the all-time classics. I have ridden it hundreds of times and ususally find something new every time I ride it. I hope they never change this one.

    Favorite World Showcase Ride!

If we are calling the AA a ride then it would be my choice. The animatronics may be the best of anything in WDW. Watching Mark Twain puff away on his cigar is a sight to see.....

    Another one, Favorite Mk Land!

Gotta go with Liberty Square where 999 ghosts reside and there is always room for another..........

    Least favorite

If I had to pick a least favorite it would have to be Stitch. I have seen the previews for the movie Lilo & Stitch and it really does nothing for me. Of course I will see the movie and maybe my opinion will change!

    Favorite Future World Attraction

It has to be Spaceship Earth. First ride we hit in the morning and last one before we leave. I agree the smell of rome burning and the narration is awesome. If i could only bottle up the "smells of disney" somehow maybe i would not go through so much withdrawal!!

    Favorite Mountain!

I have to go with Splash Mountain because of the great detail and actual lenght of the ride. The Laughing place and final drop are pretty awesome. One of my top 5 rides.

Going in Feb. 2003 and it cannot come soon enough. All this talk about people going so soon is making me very jealous!!

    relaxing at WDW

I agree with the earlier posts, just walking around the world showcase at EPCOT at night and then walking to the Boardwalk is pretty relaxing. I particulary enjoy just finding a bench in front of the American Adventure and looking across the lake at Spaceship Earth from a distance.

    Resort hopping?

I have done this and had success. We were at Coronado for 5 days and called the front desk on day #5 of the Yacht Club to see about transferring over there for 2-3 days. We also negotiated a great deal right there on the spot with the agent. Maybe we were lucky at the time but the agent was...

    Worth the wait?

I would never wait 2 hours on any ride, there is definitely some planning involved when i hit WDW. With Fastpass and getting up as early as possible every day you should be able to hit all of the rides you want to in decent time (assuming you have 5-7 days of vacation!!)

Attraction of the Day.. Tomorrowland Transit Authority

What a great relaxing ride, especially when it is hot out. Also gives a pretty decent view of inside space mountain and around tomorrowland. They do need to clean up some of the walls and maybe try to add a few things, but all in all an enjoyable experience.

    Which would you choose?

I would have to suggest the Yacht Club. By far the best pool and centrally located to just about everything. Also it is within walking distance to my favorite park, EPCOT. Good luck!

    Favorite Fantasyland Attraction

I have to go with the Peter Pan as well. Flying over London is pretty awesome. I also enjoy the Pooh ride and the many special effects.

The Living Seas to the AK for sure.

    Attraction of the Day...Star Tours

I am a huge Star Wars fan as well but I am biased the other way as I have trouble in the motion simulator rides (Body Wars is a big no-no as well). The actual lay-out of the ride complex is great and very detailed, and yes I agree that the ride does need some updates. These threads are...
