Oh wow, I've always been aware of the effect and have felt it but it's never been strong enough to knock off my sunglasses or anything major. I always thought it's supposed to be light enough to just simulate a cannonball going by. Perhaps something needs to be adjusted/fixed?

It's one of my favorites, despite the huge wait. I remember the first time I went on it I was absolutely blown away and after waiting almost 2 hours I absolutely thought it was worth it! Although now I will not ride unless FP, due to making my family wait for me ;)

Definitely HM for me. I try to convince my family to go on it whenever we come close to it in MK (although I usually only get to ride it twice), because I love taking in the details of every room. There's just so much to see I can never get enough. I like to watch the ride-throughs on YouTube...

I agree that the line is a bit ridiculous, but people who really do want to meet them are willing to make the sacrifice. They are cute characters with personalities that will draw people in, and obviously Frozen is extremely popular right now. I personally would not and with FP+ I would save it...

I love the new destinations, Soarin's one of my favorites and I'd be happy to see those changes. Unfortunately, I had to skip it my last trip because of the long queue and disappearing FPs, but an upgrade will give me an excuse to make my family wait for me once again.

I thought the new parade looked gorgeous! I agree with everyone on the maintenance though and how long all of the effects will be running in top condition. So many moving parts! And the fire! Wow. But if they can keep it all together then they have something really special. I can't wait to see...

Saw one at the bottom of Splash Mountain this past summer. In the water outside of the ride track, thank goodness.

POR is the only resort I've stayed at, and my family goes back every time for a reason. It's absolutely wonderful. The main pools and smaller pools are great, the dining is awesome, and the atmosphere is beautiful. It's like a deluxe resort at a moderate price. No question, POR!

The last time I went I tried to stay away from my phone as much as possible... until I realized just carrying around a small smart phone to quickly grab at random times was easier than my larger camera for snapping pictures, and the quality is about the same. Between that and checking FP times...
