I was thrilled to find this thread you started a couple of years ago. It’s lovely to have some place to put things on here when you haven’t got a trip report going that you want to share with fellow magicians. It’s great to catch up with everyone through the year as well.

Sorry you had to cancel this September but what a relief that your friend is recovering well from such a big operation and you can all look forward to a great holiday next March.

I was just wondering if your photos are taken on your phone or do you have a really good camera as they are brilliant. I wish mine came out like yours.

We are returning after two years this September and the first thing we will do is get our All American as it’s the best ever.

Thank you for sharing such a fab family trip. I hope you go to DL soon as we haven’t been there for 35 years and it was only one park then so cannot wait to see what you think.

I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone for sharing their relatives war experience's. They were so interesting and especially at this most special time.

His family must be so proud of him. Dad never spoke about his time in the war like many of them and I wish I had asked him more about it now.

You’re very welcome , dad was fighting in Burma so his mum did not celebrate until he came home from there and VJ Day will be special to us as well.

Our dad has pride of place for VE Day. He was 17-18 years old here as he lied about his age to join like a lot of young men then.
