Rumor Wonders of Life getting an attraction soon?

Simply put and a great story for the ages...As usual, this is one of those situations where WDI and Operations didn't collaborate with each other. WDI designed it that each guest would get their own console because of how the design studio lobby, design studio itself and the show timing (3...

Rumor Wonders of Life getting an attraction soon?

After working 7 years in attractions, the pattern it normally goes (unless someone in management actually has a brain for themselves and is a great human being)... 1) Efficiency 2) Courtesy 3) Safety 4) Show That should say everything.

Rumor Siemens is going to end their sponsorship with the parks - Spaceship Earth and IllumiNations

To be completely honest, I'd have to hear the noise in question to know exactly what it is. Just like a car, it has a load of noises for each thing or issue and sometimes, you can figure it out just by listening.

Rumor Siemens is going to end their sponsorship with the parks - Spaceship Earth and IllumiNations

Each car has it's own onboard computer with Windows 7 installed (too funny when the BSOD shows up and a sound is still going, might make it sound like loud machine gun fire from the speakers) with onboard audio included, with onboard power routed via the connections every 6-7 spacers. All the...

Rumor Siemens is going to end their sponsorship with the parks - Spaceship Earth and IllumiNations

Some scenery was built in direct view like the ascent, the rest were Pepper's Ghost effects in terms of placement. About a quarter of those Pepper's Ghosts sets are still there.

Trapped on Spaceship Earth - 3/11/18

After having worked in attractions for 7 years, SSE in particular for 5, all I can say is nope. Safety doesn't play a role in it at all, it's whomever the manager is in charge and whether or not they have the guts to bring the thing down. No guest should have to wait 20-25 minutes for the ride...

Trapped on Spaceship Earth - 3/11/18

Wow....someone in management didn't have the guts to bring it down and evac. Doesn't surprise me...

    Incident on Test Track (3/9/18)

It was the maintenance barn (the bigger building of the two pointed out) and on the first straightaway. A few gauges went out of whack and that's what happened. Keep in mind, this is not the first time this has happened, but it was the first time in terms of severity. As for the tires, it's...

Avatar Flight of Passage safety and warning cards being handed out to guests

The reason they're giving out these cards is two-fold: 1) The fact that they have huge lines and have no bathrooms inside. 2) The bigger issue at hand is they're trying to weed out people who are either can't fit and those who are prone to motion sickness. From people I know who have worked...

News Engines missing from Test Track Queue

The engines have been there since a little bit after the opening. Something else was supposed to have gone in its place as the engines were always a placeholder, but it looks like with the above image, that plan changed.

    Mission:Space update (confirmed)

Last clue and then you'll find out for yourselves: Yes, she's a Whedon alumni.

    Mission:Space update (confirmed)

Being a major BSG fan, I wish, but nope. I could only imagine how that would be though. Like I said, I won't be saying who it is, but I gave plenty of clues. :) (Too many one would argue.)

    Mission:Space update (confirmed)

Considering the fact that she did an amazing job on three shows I've watched (an action show, a sci-fi show and a horror show), I can definitely say yes. Edit: Not Zoe Saldana, but you're very, VERY close when you mentioned Summer Glau. I'll leave it as a surprise.

    Mission:Space update (confirmed)

Nope. Both of those names put a smile to my face to even mention them, but nope. You're on the right track, though. She's known more for TV roles than film.

    Mission:Space update (confirmed)

Some cryptic updates that I've learned that should whet some appetites since this has actually been kept pretty well under wraps (especially compared to when it was first in development). - As just mentioned, merge will be different and much clearer now. - Gravity wheel has stayed put. - Some...
