Free beer would work out cheaper for Disney to provide, and would open up a whole new client base. I wouldn't want to be anywhere near the place though. Imagine the carnage. All those extra jobs cleaning. A whole new generation of customers 9 months after every trip.

Wednesday at Animal Kingdom. Lion King show half empty and Everest was walk on most of the day. Even the Safari never displayed more than 20 mins all day.

I'm pleased to say the first 2 days of this week have been much much quieter in the parks. Monday at MK there where fast passes available all day for most rides. I didn't see any queue time of more than 20 mins all day. Tuesday evening at Epcot was very pleasant. Space to walk around WS queues...

Many of the discounts and free parking are available to DVC members without an annual pass. Only 1 person needs to have the pass to get all of the other discounts. If you visit the water parks then the 14 day UK pass will work out a better deal than the premium annual pass.

I'm here at the world now. I've had many trips at this time of year and have to say I'm very surprised at how busy it is. Our last 2 visits have been in late August, and the parks were no where near as busy as they are now.

It depends. Last year there was a great deal on the annual pass. We always get 1 annual pass for the discounts it gives you. Then we get the 14 day passes for the the other 4 members of our family.

The rooms are assigned further out than most people think. Last year we stayed at OKW using part DVC and part cash payment. It was 2 separate bookings. We assumed that we would be able to organise it when we arrived so that we didn't have to move rooms half way through our 11 night stay. We were...

I have seen them pairing up couples when the lines are long.

It will start to get busy in the days leading up to thanksgiving. So try and get as most things done early on. Then you can relax and enjoy the parks without spending the entire day queuing.

Book some ADR's as soon as possible or you may struggle to get into the better restaurants.

Wasn't there an issue during early September? Disney have changed the website, pictures before the change are on the old website. Those taken after are on the new one. I was only vaguely listening when I was told that, so I apologise if I have built up your hopes with duff information.
