Orlando has MSEP, DL's MSEP I might add. I know people on here hate TDO but TDO has had a night parade every summer. That Schedule looks Fantastic!!!! I haven't seen that kind of schedule since a 1998 DL TODAY on ebay! Is DL getting the same name for their parade: Paint The Night?

Oh I totally agree with your first point and I like the parade at 3PM as we're not early birds. Maybe the rain isn't that big of deal, because there are YT videos of FOF from summer and early fall so it can't get cancelled every day. And in all my trips, I only lost one 3PM parade and that was...

I'm also wondering why MK put parades at 2, 3, 330 in the afternoon for the past 30 years when they know when it usually rains?

Cindy is not in every castle show! Granted, she's been around a lot in the last decade: CSC, Cindybration, DAWM,but I can think of a number of shows she hasn't been in. My memory may be rusty but I don't remember an uproar like this when stitch TP'ed the castle. Now that was horrid!!
