Yes they do offer discounts, but they are almost impossible to get, espcially for the All-Stars. From what I have seen, I think you might be off trying Mousavers.com.

I don't know about if Mear's charges for children under two, though I would tend to doubt it. As far as I know, they do not have a set schedule. It depends on how many people are waiting at MCO and what hotels/resorts they are going to. (I.E., if they are going to hotels on 192 and then to WDW...

The gate at the back of Epcot opens at the same time as the rest of the park. If you enter that way, you are strongly encouraged by the cast members to move as quickly to the Future World section of the park, since the pavilions at World Showcase do not open until 11:00 am. As far as the boat...

The celebration will continue until Dec. 2002, but I don't think there will any changes to the overall celebration.

The Welcome Center is on I-75 in Ocala, FL. It is about half-hour to 45 min drive from WDW.

We will be there from Sept 29th to Oct 7th. I can't wait!!!!
