We used the Discovery Magic package last October. It was well worth the money. We used our wishes for La Nouba, dinners, mini-golf and the Backstage Tour and still had to run around on the last day using up some left over wishes. I would highly recommend it.

You cannot see the MK from the WL. The resort is hidden behind some very tall trees. You can see the higher fireworks from the pool area and the Electrical Water Pagent from the boardwalk or boat launch area. Hope this helps.

If I'm not mistaken, the resort pools are open 24 hrs. a day. The lifeguards at AKL leave at 10 PM and close down the slide, but guests are allowed to stay in the pool.
