When I was there last week I asked about the decorations being up after New Years and I was told they would be up until Epiphany which is January 6th. Maybe the castle lights stay up longer since they are like winter lights.

Not sure if anyone answered this (long thread) but i spoke to someone who works there back in February and they said they've sold 2.

We went through this about 5 or 6 times one trip before my son was finally picked. It is heartbreaking but I just told him each time that they don't know you are there multiple times in a row and are just skipping over you.

There is one at Myrtle Beach that I have visited and it can be quite costly depending on how you want to accessorize your car. The one I built was over $100. You can also build them without the remote accessories and it's not that expensive.

If the family wins a large sum of money look for a ticket price increase. Disney will make up the money they lose. It won't hurt them at all.

Did they combine the switch backs into one queue? The picture makes the switchbacks look longer than before. :shrug:

I just posted on another thread about this, but two yrs ago my wife was able to check into our DVC room at Beach Club around 5:30 am. She had been in the ER all night with our 1 yr old. They even gave us our room and we were moved in by 9 am. We had breakfast first.
