You don't think it has anything to do with the fact that resorts like the All Stars and Pop have way more people coming and going from the parks via bus than the other resorts do?

I do know that some of the resorts in Disney run off of motion sensors -- but I honestly dont think Pop's do... We've stayed there 5+ times and when we're out of the room all day it's still nice and cool when we come back. I do know Coronado Springs uses them because it's not cool at all...

Absolutely not true. I think Pop has the best bus service going... I consistently wait the longest for buses at Deluxe resorts.
