I went in Aug. a few years ago--did AK and it was brutal. Of course, Summer is a hot time anyhow. Wear sunscreen and bring plenty of water. The spray bottles w/ fans are great too =)

Hey y'all. I was @ Fulton's Crab House on 6/3 and they had to evacuate the restaurant. RDFC was there and the server said they had to turn off the gas and the RDFC wouldn't let them turn it back on...plus we all smelled gas. Does anyone have any further details on this?

I got a pretty good look from my room in the 60's bldg. and it didn't look like any exterior finishing had begun yet..this was the end of April. It was all very, um, brown last time I looked.

How about Mid-June? Any ideas for places?

Last time we tried for a South FL meet it was myself & one other. Figured we could try again now that school is coming to a close. Perhaps on the 31st since it's a holiday? If not, maybe the following weekend?

I see ups & downs to it, guess it'll depend on how the test run goes. If/when I become a local I'll keep an eye on the crowd's reactions.

OMG I saw this one earlier, what a riot. Reminded me of my last trip on the JC back in March.
