I'm not sure if you'll even be allowed to do this as far as being employed by WDW and TDS. When I did my CP in 2002 and 2003, I had to terminate myself from my Disney Store in order to work at WDW. I couldn't even keep a seasonal status there because it was considered a conflict of interest...

I don't know for sure, but I'm thinking that the outlet store in Limerick won't open. It's a very sad and anxious time for all of us TDS CMs.

If I were you, I'd take a trip to a Disney Store because you know you'll get the DD that you want for sure and not have to worry if the company is a scam or not. (I'm not implying that it is though.) It maybe a drive, but there are plenty of stores in NJ and even in PA and at least that way...

There have been stores that have been closing even before TCP & Disney made the announcement. I don't know if those stores are included on the list - I would think they wouldn't be since they have closed already.

Even when the stores were owned by Disney, we were NEVER allowed to order merchandise for guests if we didn't have it in stock/carry it. We also do not do our own ordering, we get what we get...it's sort of like Christmas morning because it's a surprise! You could always try disneystore.com...
