I don't thing the Guardians gravity building is a big issue. That being said, any building here would be surrounded by 70%+? by attractions and would have a backdrop of Tron's canopy.

Not saying there isn't enough square feet because obviously there is. I just don't think a tall showbuilding would look great there. When I said fit, I didn't mean physically.

I just don't know what they'd be able to build in the space of the speedway if it's not going to be a ground level attraction. A big show building wouldn't fit in there.

Personally, if you believe that the Parks need investment and that the Parks should be considered the most important or one of the most important things at the company then Josh is the best pick. He has the mistakes of Chapek's reign as a Parks person from 2015 on and how much he's had to fix them.
