I put this post of images from the early days of WDW with particular emphasis on the characters. I find it interesting to see how much the walk around characters have changed through the years. The Pooh costume is odd with the Honey Pot hat. Dumbo is also quite odd looking...

I don't get it...I have very cautious children. I can't get them on this ride or anything else that even smells like a roller coaster. My kids got spooked last year on Star Wars and I thought it was pretty tame.

I didn't think the Fab Five were allowed in Epcot back then!

I've been trying to piece together as many pages as I could for a post about this comic book from 1971. I found the title pages with Mickey and the Gang. My daughter even got her little brother and they figured out the "Haunted Mansion Puzzle"...Good to know a 1970's comic can still get todays...

I loved the Mickey Mouse Revue ride as well. It moved to Japan but I'm not sure if it is still there. Would love to see it again but I'm sure I would not understand a word of it in Japanese.

The strollers were the big blue metal ones. Probably made out of steel and weighed several hundred pounds.

No wristbands but there were handstamps.
