I have yet to see any stumbling drunks @ the Boardwalk. I guess maybe late after Jellyrolls and espn close there may be. Your right about BC, def very kid friendly, movies on the beach are a nice touch.

I'm partial towards the Boardwalk or Beach Club. Pools are great and night time on the Boardwalk is cool, entertainers and ice cream=:sohappy:

Almost identical trip 10/18-10/26, 10th F&W for wife & I :slurp:

My wife and I have been in WDW the last week of Oct. for F&W the past 9 yrs, The last 2 yrs. were super hot (90's) but normaly its nice in the 80's, 70's @ night. Were hoping for normal temps this year but like DisneyGirl said so unpredictable. Have fun
