No, my sister signed up for this one and was just curious, but she's not a deferral! Will that matter? I'm sure they've taken her money as well so she won't get a refund!

During the registration whats the difference between the events with a # in front of them? This is my first time registering for a RunDisney event but I looked at the process with the WnD and didn't know if there was a difference or not?
