I just feel that going over the top scary would make no one want to come into that area to the park except teens. This style park was designed to appeal to families not just teens. There should only be attractions where entire families can ride together

That's true, but there is a city with an airport nearby where we could ship materials from.

Another location to consider for the resort could actually be Hawaii. Oracle owns 95% of the smallest Hawaiian Island, Lani. Maybe Oracle would be willing to sell. I just think it would be cool to have a disney resort island.

I like the idea of integrated hotels and shopping districts. What if the entire resort was integrated, and to tell if you bought park tickets or not you could scan your RFID chip at the entrance to attractions.
